Need to Return a product?

To return a product at HomeSellingGenius.com, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at customersupport@homesellinggenius.com , or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

To request an RMA:

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Nature of the problem

In general, HomeSellingGenius.com accepts returns on merchandise within 30 days. However, HomeSellingGenius.com reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued.

Downloadable Product Return:

If you ordered a downloadable product and are completely unsatisfied; then please follow return procedure above. Also, you will need to print out all material and send it back to the following address in order to receive full refund.
